My car needed paint work in several places, and I knew going into it that it would be a large effort and cost. There were several aspects of my first experience at B&H that impressed me more than any other car shop I've used. These include:
1) When I called to talk thru a quote with B&H, they told me several options and encouraged me to first pursue the ones that were free to me.
2) I would be out of a car for most of the work week, and they scheduled a rental car at a discounted rate for me.
3) Every time I walked in, I was greeted by my first name.
4) They never pushed me to make a decision about my car that would be to their advantage or gain.
5) My car was spotlessly clean, inside and out, when I drove it off their lot.
I would absolutely recommend this shop to any one looking for paint, body, or mechanic work, and I will definitely be returning here for any future work I might need.
