Feel like a fool 4/10/2012

I have mixed feelings about B&B Movers. The day of the packing they showed up very late and had less people than promised. That put us behind from the start. What should have taken 2 days (one for loading and one for delivery & unload) took more than 5 days. They started out being very careful, but it turned into a less than satisfactory experience. We ended up with a ruined big screen TV that sat on the truck for 2 days and was delivered with condensation. We were told it was turned into insurance, but it s all been a game. They are not following through or returning our calls. I even gave each worker a $50 tip at the end because they worked so long and hard. Now I feel like a fool. | Edit | more

problems, problems, problems 10/31/2005

We were VERY disappointed with the timeliness, service, and professionalism of this company. There was no communication, and our items came almost a week late- with several things damaged. We are still missing items that ""didn't fit onto the truck"" and it's been over 3 weeks!!!!!!! more
