I had a problem with a dead lawn after returning from vacation, I called B&B, was scheduled as soon as possible and my lawn is getting better and better everyday. I mean it is extremely reasonable to have to wait. No company is going to treat your problem and have it be fixed at the snap of your fingers. Be reasonable. I have them for my termite service, my pest control service and now my lawn service. They're good people and if ever you actually have problem as far as service, call them, speak to the people in the office, if that doesn't work ask for the manager. They will gladly transfer you. Talk to them before you go out ranting about them on reviews. These people are trying to make a living and THEY'RE PEOPLE TOO. It's not like you're trying to reason with a machine. Check them out and take the risk for yourself. more

I wanted to respond to Anthony C. review. We do not do shady business we have been in business for over 70 years. I wish Anthony would of called us first to resolve this, the online payment will execpt any amount of payment you want you just have to put that amount in and submit payment for the amount you choose. The hand written part on the contract was for him because we offered him a special payment plan due to the economy. If you read what he wrote he said he had a year to pay for it but clearly stated later the contract was written for 5 mo. to pay with no finance charges. I am the General Manager of B&B Exterminating Co., Inc and I have been with the company for 10 years, I get alittle upset when the story is not told accurately so I wanted to explain what happened and to say we are all sorry for the inconvenience this caused Anthony and I hope if any one else has problems to please give us a call to handle the problem ASAP. more

I entered into a termite bond contract with B&B. The salesman told me that I would need to pay one-third the total fee for treatment at the time of service and had up to one year to pay the remaining balance. He also stated [and hand wrote on my contract] that I could pay the total off within 5 months and have the finance charges waived. So the first two months, I logged into my account on their website and saw only two options; pay the $7.75 finance fee or the total remaining balance. The finance fee was listed as the only amount due, so that is what I paid. On the third month, I received a phone call from their billing department saying that my account was past due and that my account was going over to their collection agency. They changed the balance due time-frame from 12 months to 5 months and only gave me 2 1/2 months before threatening me with collections. Be aware of their shady business practices. more

I contacted B & B Exterminating Co. Inc. as they were referred to me by a neighbor. They responded to my needs immediately and were professional, polite and extremely knowledgeable. The service man answered all of my questions and offered additional tips to help me maintain a pest free home and lawn. I have since added my office building to be serviced by B & B. I would recommend them to any friend or family due to the experiences I have had with their representatives.
