Tom did my home inspection back in December. I unfortunately needed a home inspection in VERY short notice due to my original plans falling through. Tom assured me he could do it the same day, and when I arrived to the house (on time) he was already outside taking pictures of the roof. He was very thorough in the home inspection, took many pictures, and had no problem giving me tips on what to look for. He was friendly, professional, and courteous. I received my typed report along with close up pictures within 24 hours. I recommend Tom! Thanks so much! more

Efficient, Qualified, and professional 11/24/2010

Tom inspected my house last summer. He arrived on time, gave excellent insights into what I could do to fix the things that needed fixing, and finished in a timely manner. I received a copy of the inspection within 24 hours. No doubt, Tom's artistic background and practical experience in house building and remodeling served him well in communicating to the owner about my house. more

Great Job! 11/23/2010

Tom did a thorough inspection and and presented all the information in a clear, comprehensive report. Options and information for dealing with the problems he found were extremely helpful. I found him to be very patient regarding any and all questions I had about the house- he had lots of good ideas and clearly knew his stuff. Terrific Inspector! 11/23/2010

Tom really pulled out all the stops for my home inspection, he looked everything over from top to bottom and while he found a few deficiencies he was also reassuring that they were easily correctable. As a first time home buyer he set me at ease. I recommend him. Tina more
