I am so glad I used them. The shuttle driver was nice and helpful with our luggage, the check-in and out experience was fast and they were friendly, the selection of cars were great. Granted, they weren't spotless or perfect cars but for the price, it was fine. They aren't clunkers or anything, just some dents and scratches. The interior was clean however a previous renter had smoked in it so there was a faint smell but nothing too bothersome (and I'm very sensitive to cigarette smell). I would definitely use them again in the future and would recommend others to use them too. The experience I had was great and I hope it stays that way for future transactions!
