Relaxing Spa & Salon 12/29/2005

For a truly relaxing experience, try Avalon Spa for your next pedicure and facial. Tyler is incredible when it comes to facials and he is an absolute genius with make-up. The entire staff is very friendly and will do their best to pamper you. They are open late a couple of days a week. So if you are having a stressful week, treat yourself to an hour or two at Avalon. more

Total relaxation 11/14/2005

Very nice salon, upscale with a huge selection of services. In fact I don't think I have seen a price list that long in any other salon. A lot of the treatments are quite expensive, but that would be the case anywhere. Service was wonderful and they even offered valley parking! Young but experience staff - this easily compares to Mitchell's or Aveda. more

Great new day spa 8/23/2005

Avalon is a new day spa for men and women that just opened in the Hyde Park area. The decor is beautiful and very soothing. They offer a full range of services including medical asthetics offered by Dr. Navkaran Singh (laser hair removal, microdermabrasion, meso therapy, etc.). I recently had a spa pedicure which was amazing! As it is a new spa, right now is easy to get appointments...as word gets out that will change! more
