Auto's Only

My situation isn't resolved yet and I really wish I had come on this website BEFORE I purchased a vehicle from them. I purchased a vehicle and the car was misrepresented to me. It had problems the 1st day I purchased it and broke down on me 20 days after I got it ? they told me they fixed it and then a week later it broke down again with the same issue. Now Lam is telling me that I must have done something to the car. They are great and sweet at first until you bring a problem to their attention then everything turns and as Lam told me - you end up ""Inconveniencing them"". I don't know how my situation is going to turn out yet as I'm still hassling with them; however, I can tell you that so far my experience with them has been nothing short of miserable. They try to convince you that they care and that they are more than just salesmen, but after you sign on the line they're done. If I can even reach just one person and save them a headache then I've done my part. Do your research before purchasing a car through Autos Only. Don't make the same horrible mistake I did and be sure to check out other places before settling for them, it will be in your best interest. If my situation changes and they make things better as the Manager states he can ? then I will change my review, but until then I?m stating the facts and my experiences with them so far. Joe is a great guy, the classic used car salesman. He got me into a great little car only going slightly over my budget. Even helped me with insurance. Everyone there was really nice, helpful and friendly as well. There was slight discrepancies in some of the terms of the sale, due to information not given correctly and clearly, but everything worked out in the end. i'd recommend Joe at burien autos only to anyone. more

Not that bought a truck. Nope, bought a new car. Well, a 9 year old car that is new to me . . . Went to Auto's Only to see a specific vehicle. The car was clean and had been inspected and serviced. As I arrived, they had just replaced the tire on the full-sized spare In the trunk. Joe was my salesperson and he was extremely helpful. He put himself out to assist me in my purchase and has since called to verify that all is well. Lynette in the office was also very helpful with a payment issue which was resolved successfully. Kudos! Buying a car is always a trying experience. By and large, the staff at Auto's Only made the process less trying than it could have been. more

It seems like everytime you buy a car, it is a miserable experiance. this time was different joe went over and above the call of duty! the business manager lam was awsome to deal with as well. I have been looking for a very specific truck for 2 years. I found it at the Lynnwood store and called my salesman at the Burien store. He had the truck sent down for my convenience and I bought it that day. They even detailed it and put gas in the tank! Lam in finance was a pleasure to deal with. I went to autos only just to look around, and trade in my pacifica. then i ran in to joe, and steve. they spent alot of time asking questions instead of the typical sales tactics most salesman use. once i found the car that fit my needs, they drove to my credit union and got the deal done for me! They detailed it, put new license plate bolts in for me, set all of the radio stations to my favorites, and set my memory seats for me, and gave me some gas! the service was out of this world! be smart, and buy your vehicle from auto's only. they have my business forever! thanks joe, steve, and lam! more

This was my second time dealing with Autos Only in Burien. I went there about a year ago to get a larger vehicle since my family was growing. I had a short period in my past where my credit took a huge hit but Autos only was still able to more than meet my needs and they were very friendly. I recently was looking to refinance the vehicle that I bought a year ago so I went back. After speaking with Joe and Johnny for a bit, they were able to recognize that once again my needs for a vehicle had changed and got me into a more useful vehicle that completely fit my needs and actually ended up saving me money in the process by drastically reducing my interest rate. I have had no issues with either of the vehicles and have sent friends there to buy as well. If you are even a remotely realistic person, you will quickly recognize the value of the vehicles at Autos Only. Unfortunately people are faster to post a complaint than they are to give praise so please take into consideration the mindset and price range of the folks posting the more harsh reviews. Take a few minutes and check them out for yourself. They always have numerous salesmen there that will be more than happy find a vehicle to fit your needs. more

I went to Autos Only because my son Shane referred me there and he was absolutely right to have done so the expirence was blissfull from the moment I got there from my sales man Johnny Jackson to the finance manager Lam if your looking to get a nice car and a good deal go see these guys are professionals at all times thanks for the dodge Johnny your the best!!!!!! more
