Purchase a 2008 Lexus ES350 from this Dealer 02/11/2012. 1st of all I drove from Nashville 600 miles to do so. I spoke with Dan over the phone and negotiated the whole deal. When deal was agreed upon and the finance manager gave me what I felt was a great Interest rate and a reasonable Down Payment that I could afford I rented a car and came up to get my new vehicle. \r
Once I arrived at the Dealership EVERYTHING CHANGED, I mean Everything the price of the car went up $1000 and my interest rate went up 3.4% Downpayment went up $1000. I agrued with Dan about this situation and he made up some story about that I CHANGED VEHICLES, Which I did not! Anyways After 5 Hours of Negotiating and Paying a late rental return on the rental I left Paying $1000 More Down and Higher Interest rate and $1000 more than agreed. Simply Because I would have lost more than this by the time I factored Pain and Suffering from having my heart broke from not getting the vehicle I drove all night to purchase. \r
On my way back to Nashville, just outside of KY the Check Engine light came on, I read the Owners manual and it ended up being all it needed was a oil change, then not even 10 Minutes later I was forced to turn on the Windshield wipers(because it started to snow) and the Drivers Side FLEW OFF the vehicle. Luck for me traffic was not moving more than 15MPH on Freeway. I had to get off the freeway and found a AutoZone and Purchase 2 new Wipers. \r
The rest of the trip went alot smoother, the next day I took my new car and got the oil changed and the Incab Filter changed which was Black and Full of Cigarette Residue(this unit was driven by Smokers). I called and Finally was able to get ahold of Dan at the dealership only to be told that they have no idea how these issues where not addressed because they do a 52 point inspection and he apologized, I was ok with this it was kinda funny about the wiper anyways. HOWEVER, later that night I was Pulled over by local PD because I did not have my Headlights on, all I was driving with was my Fog Lights. After Several attempts to try and figure out why they where not on, the officer gave me a REPORT and REPAIR Ticket, this means this issue of no headlights had to be taken care of within 48 hours or I would be fined $250. I took the Vehicle to the Lexus Dealership(because I purchased a Warranty with the car and was told it was active right away come to find out it was not valid for almost 3 weeks after i purchased this vehicle) The Dealership told me that BOTH headlights where blown and it would cost $745 to replace them (parts and Labor) I called Dan Right away and He said he would call me back. I paid the Dealership there $97.87 inspection fee and left. I found Headlights 1/2 the price lexus was going to charge me, but because of the way these Headlights are to be installed I had no choice but to have lexus put them in which cost me $376.12 total. I have made several calls since 02/13/2012 to this Dealership(not only about this issue but about the warranty not being valid when I was told it was) and have always spoken with someone else and recieved the run around, no one has ever called me back. I have faxed the Receipts to them twice already NEVER ANY RESPONSES./\r
