Great Service 4/17/2014

I am always very happy with the service--Sean or Gary always keep me updated regarding the problem, what needs to be done, and the cost. All of your technicians are very knowledgeable. The only hiccup was that my appointment was scheduled for 8am and my car wasn't taken back until 9:30am, but otherwise as always, I am very happy with Auto Remedies! Thanks for your great service! more

I have been taking my cars to Automotive Remedies for over nine years. Why? Because I get top quality service done - at a much cheaper cost than the dealer, and I never have to worry about being "upsold" something that I don't need. They are like my trusted family doctor - for my cars. more

Consistently Honest, Friendly, & Fair 4/13/2014

We have been taking our various cars here for 10+ years. We can always count on Gary and Sean to give us honest, complete, and timely service. They inform of us options, what is needed, what should be done, and what can wait (Safely). I even called one time to get advice/feedback regarding a repair that was needed, when I was too far away to take my truck to them. Gary answered, and helped me understand that the work that was being done, was reasonable, and correct. Thanks Guys for being there. more

I have been servicing my car here for years & I am always provided with excellent service, Gary & crew are very knowledgeable but the one thing I like is honesty, other repair shops seem to always find something wrong with your vehicle you always expected, but not these guys they always give you recommendations & they don't fix things unless they have to, always a great experience. more

Regardless of how busy they can be, they have always tried to squeeze an appointment in for me at my convenience. On top of that, they are very truthful in what's necessary for your vehicle. They don't try to sell you any BS like many other places. Outstanding service and team. more

Great, honest, fast service. 3/29/2014

Took my car in to Automotive Remedies on a friend's recommendation. Being a single mom on a budget, I have a general mistrust of mechanics. But Gary and Sean were friendly, welcoming and most importantly forthcoming about what my car did...and DID NOT ....need. I have definitely found THE place to have my car serviced!! more

I have been taking my cars to Gary for about 20 years, and have always received the most honest and best service! I have also referred numerous folks to him. Auto Remedies is THE BEST EVER in automotive care. I even received a refund check back when they were unable to repair a weird thing happening to my '99 4Runner; Gary even made calls to two different Toyota dealers before the problem was fixed. How many people can say that about their auto mechanics?! AR rocks! more

Great Auto Repair Shop 3/10/2014

Had an unexpected car problem and wanted to get it check out while I could get it running to drive it there appose to having to have it towed. They fit me in without an appointment and quickly determined that it was just my battery. They got me a new one very quickly and had me out of there in no time. Have been VERY happy with the service there!!! more

Truck issues 3/6/2014

I have been going to Automotive for years. I had a check engine light turn on and I took my truck in. I ended up having a couple of issues and the guys at the shop took care of me and worked around my work schedule. Any time I've had an issues with my trucks or old Nissan Automotive has taken care of me. In fact, they are the ones who fixed another shops horrible work. I trust them. more
