I originally found Automotive Remedies while checking at the BBB. It's hard to find a reliable auto shop. They are always friendly and do exactly what I want done. They don't try to get me to do a bunch of extra each time I drop my vehicle off. I highly recommend them. more

Fast and efficient service, kind employees 6/12/2015

I took my car in for an oil change during my lunch break the other day. I was extremely impressed with the efficiency of my service. The interior of the building is very well put together and clean. Both of the men I spoke to inside were kind, honest and helpful. The business is conveniently located right next to a local brewerie, which is where I spent my hour waiting. Upon completion of service, I received a courtesy call from the technician letting me know my car was finished. The service was affordable, and I walked away happy. more

Not Trustworthy 5/20/2015

I had the axles replaced on my car by Automotive Remedies due to CV boots/joints going bad. They let me know the job was done so I picked up my car and left. My car exhibited bad clanking/rattling when going over pot holes and when I tried driving over 45 mph to merge onto the freeway, the car began shuddering and wobbling. Something was wrong, I took the car back and they claimed the replacement axle was bad. They said they would try to "reset it" first before replacing, whatever that meant. Fact is, the mechanic didn't completely tighten everything up and sent me out on the road with my car in a completely unsafe condition. The mechanic claimed to have test driven for 3 miles on the freeway and saw no problem which is utter nonsense. The staff and management haven't apologized for wasting my time on the incomplete and unsafe job. If you like to be lied to and deceived by the people who charge far too much for unsafe work on your vehicle, then these are the guys for you. more

honest, quick, and friendly 3/21/2015

I was recommended by a friend to come here due to their honesty and fair prices. I wanted a second opinion on a supposed leak the dealership was telling me about. Automotive Remedies found that there was actually no leak and ultimately saved me $1000. The guys here were friendly and I didn't get the feeling of being pressured. Shaun was nice enough to provide me with pictures to prove their was no leak. I'll definitely be back to get my car serviced at Automotive Remedies :) more
