We had an accident, got towed to the guys and the car was fixed by the next day. The repairs were in a place that dishonest mechanics could have easily misled us and ripped us off, but not the Auto Rem guys. We know that what they say is the truth and given at reasonable prices. We don't think twice about taking our cars to them. more

I had my water pump replaced for $300 less than the dealer at Automotive Remedies. They were professional and did the job in 1 business day. Their staff was friendly and informative. I would definitely recommend Automotive Remedies to a friend. more

These guys know what's up. They not only know cars, but they know customer service and they do fast work. I have a hard time trusting mechanics in general because I have been burned in the past, but I trust these guys 100%. You will not be disappointed, I recommend them to all my friends. more

Gary and his team are very professional and courteous. They explained in plain English the work that was going to performed on our car for the routine maintenance. We dropped off the car in the morning and gave us a call when it was ready to be picked up. There were no gotchas in the end. Their technicians are very honest and wouldn't perform any additional work unless you give them approval. There's no pressure from them for the extra work and would advise you if it's something that's absolutely necessary. Their automated system is also very convenient to have as a tool for service reminders and scheduling an appointment. I'll keep coming back again and again to this shop because they have earned my trust with their honesty. more
