This is the second time I have had to use Carstar and the service was just as good as the first time.

Worst

Picked up car just before closing on Sat. Called at 11am. Front end shakes, battery dead later in day. Have to leave town,no time to deal with it now. Will notify GMAC of problem...

CARSTAR Autobody Resurrection is the shop that our insurance sent us too. They were real good to deal with! CARSTAR Autobody Resurrection participates in a program where they show you pictures of the car as it goes along. We weren't doubting about what was going on, and CARSTAR Autobody Resurrection always answered our questions. I never felt like I was bothering them. The work was done over a weekend, and they were on top of it! more

They were very friendly and very courteous. Calvin, I think his name was, was very attentive and knew exactly what to do. Excellent service and communication spoiled by minor detail described below. 4/13/2012

The level of service and communication from beginning to end was excellent. The only detail which detracted from a 5 star experience was to find that certain fasteners appear to have been reused but left the inner rear wheel arches not properly attached to the new bumper moulding. more

Car Repair 3/1/2012

Awesome job!! Got in an accident and they were approved to do the job. They had great up to date info on my car. They even updated pictures when they did something drastic to the vehicle. Thanks! The only thing that seems a little weird is that maybe the repair to the front of the car hangs down lower then it use to, because now it is scrapping the parking curbs when I park. more

From the young lady on the front desk, service staff member Kirk, to the reception room, just the best service anyone could hope for! Kirk kept us up to date on the progress and our car looks great! They even made sure our Venza was clean inside and out ~ we are ever so happy to have our car back! We had not known of CARSTAR Autobody Resurrection prior to being rear-ended, but will certainly use them ourselves, as well as recommend them to others! Fantastic work 1/24/2012

Car Star did a fantastic job repairing my car; it looks like new. Their communication was great- starting with walking us through the repair process before even starting the job to sending progress pictures by email. I was also impressed with the details, like the fact that they cleaned the inside of my car. I will definitely recommend them! more

My Recent Experience 1/11/2012

From the time that this shop was chosen, I was kept informed of each step of the process to complete the job. If I had to call for any reason, they were always polite, professional, & very willing to answer any questions that I might have. If I should ever have the need for work of this type again, I would certainly trust my vehicle to them again. more

Good Work! Would never know that my car was in an accident. 1/9/2012

Very good body work. I was very satisfied with the entire damage repair. You would never know that I had an accident. I was a little surprised that they did not put some things back together, but in their defense, it was some really small screws that were underneath everything else. Overall, great work. I would definitely recommend CARSTAR to friends in need of body work. more

Went the extra mile!! 12/5/2011

Somebody had bumped into me and dented my car. The insurance company recommended CARSTAR Autobody Resurrection. They did a wonderful job and went the extra mile! They even polished my headlights and adjusted the door! I had a very good experience. Don't hesitate to use CARSTAR Autobody Resurrection. They did a great job! more
