This is the second time I have had to use Carstar and the service was just as good as the first time.

Worst

Picked up car just before closing on Sat. Called at 11am. Front end shakes, battery dead later in day. Have to leave town,no time to deal with it now. Will notify GMAC of problem...

From beginning to end it was clear that your organization understands the meaning of service. As a group you were very helpful throughout the process and the results were top notch making the whole experience even better. Kudos in particular to Kevin, who made dealing with the insurance claims guys much easier since they seemed to have a high opinion of him and the work done at the shop. Wonderful experience 4/14/2014

Hated having an accident in my new car, but CARSTAR Ressurrection made the whole experience as painless as possible. I was updated on progress daily and the car looked better than new again when I got it back. more

Car star did a fantastic job helping me out after my accident. They helped me handle the insurance company and gave me a lifetime warrantee on all of the repairs. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs someone to help them with their vehicle. more

This facility went out of their way to provide prompt friendly knowledgeable high quality service to an out of state customer in a time of urgent need. They stayed late to get the car prepared for paint and completed on a tight deadline in spite of a lack of cooperation by the insurance carrier. They were extremely courteous, helpful and informative. more

From the intitial appointment to the pick-up of the vechicle, everything was handled in a friendly and professional manner. All questions were addressed and everyone went beyond my expectations of the quality of the service provided. I would definitely recommend CARSTAR to anyone would like professional service done on a timely basis with fair prices and a freindly staff that was very accoumodating to all my request. I would find it hard to find room for improvement. more
