Quick lube staff scammed me out of $80 extra to change my air filter. He said it would cost $17 extra not $80, then he denied it at time of sale. I will never use their quick lube...

Wow! I am there with Riza. I loved the place. For the past 25 years I've been driving Toyota that I got from Stevenson Toyota in Aurora. Have no problem with Stevenson but this time they didn't have what I wanted. So we went to Go Toyota on Arapahoe. Really nice show room but it was not the reason I was there. Our salesman, Leo Pchenitchnyi, is a great young man. No pushing, no nagging. Explained to me every new thing that is done to Toyota. I was satisfied with price so I went to see the finance office at the station. Pawel Sniezyk at the office was very professional and friendly. Offered some additional discounts. What I liked about him is that he used to be a mechanic at the same station and when selling us options he explained why some of them not worth the money and should not be purchased. Overall experience was great and I sure will be back and will recommend them to my friends. more

""Hubs & I went to GO Toyota Scion Arapahoe to check out on a vehicle we have been eyeing. We met Roger Ragan who is one of the Internet Sales Associate who we have been communicating about the vehicle we want before we came. There are alot of potential customers when we arrived. Let alone they have a kiddy place where the kids can just play or watch some cartoon, while waiting for their parents to finish talking to the respective vehicle dealers. Then you can go to the FREE section where you can get FREE coffee, tea, bottled water, popcorns, muffins, bagels at the SNACKS section inside. Its free-flow for the potential customers to drink or have a bite while waiting for the discussion with their respective Sales Associate. First and foremost, I was indeed impressed with the space of this Automative Dealer. Roger greeted us. The way he approach us was indeed pleasant. I like it when you feel comfortable and at ease when talking to someone, who you met for the first time. Coz it makes it easier to entrust that person for something that is as important as purchasing a BRAND NEW Vehicle. I know when you purchase a vehicle from that person, he or she is entitled with certain of the sales commission. I like it, when the person you deal with, KNOWS about the vehicle and not being pushy or snobby. We went for a test drive. He shows us the differences of the same model of vehicle, from all the color options they have but with slight differences of components, parts etc etc. Coz we want SPECIFIC items/components on That Vehicle. After all the questions we have in mind, the discussions about That Vehicle and Roger answered them excellently plus going thru all the paper work, we signed on the dotted line for THAT vehicle. Then came to Brenden Carlson, who is the Finance Manager. He explained to us thoroughly all the details about the vehicle too and all the further procedure etc etc. All in all I am satisfied not only with the customer service they provide to us. We cant wait to have That Vehicle this Saturday the lastest with all the bells and whistle we want!!! To me, That Vehicle, is the 2nd largest purchase we have after purchasing a house. So all in all its important to be thorough when purchasing a vehcile. I definitely recommend to this Car Dealer if you intend to purchase a BRAND NEW TOYOTA. more

I've taken my 4Runner and a Camry to Go Toyota and the predecessor of this dealership for years. Mostly routine maintenance. Repairs are generally performed on time. Diagnosis of problems has been more accurate than most other repair shops. I am a satisfied customer of their Go service department. more

Don't bother ""GOing"" anywhere else 12/24/2010

GO Toyota is the best dealership I have ever dealt with. I went to 2 other local dealerships and the ""games begun"". After becoming frustrated and thinking that all car dealers were the same, I decided to go to GO. That is where I met Pavel, he was the most sincere and knowledgeable salesperson I have ever met. He let us take the time we needed to decide what was right for us. I know am driving my new Prius, and laugh when I drive by my local dealership (the first dealer I visited). Thank you Pavel and thank you GO Toyota for treating my wife and I with the respect we deserve. I will be buying many more and referring many more people to this dealership. Don't bother ""GOing"" anywhere else. more

Go has great customer service. John Hamel is a great service rep. Always helpful and gives you the straight scoop. Shuttle to take you to work in the morning. Don't forget to give those old retirees a nice tip for the ride. more

Almost two years ago, I met Pawel while searching for a 4 Runner. I have purchased at least 15 cars over the years and I have never met a better sales person than Pawel. He was straight forward and really worked with me to get me the best deal he could. I walked away happy - which says a lot since I am extremely difficult at times. I am now beginning to shop for another vehicle - and without a doubt, I will find Pawel to help me with my search once again. more

worst service 10/13/2009

i was standing before the quick lube for almost 1/ 2 hour and nobody answered even thought there was lot of people working inside. it looked like i was begging them to take my car. And the car feedback is another worst part. nobody answered properly for that heavy price for a oil change i dont think it is worth going there anymore. Cons: worst service response more

Too selfish to understand a good gesture.... 7/16/2008

In response to the women that is complaining that the telephone service is poor but still Toyota has already agreed to not charge her for $5000 of extra repairs, I believe her comment is very self centered and that Toyota has been more then fair to her. Basically her comment is quite unreasonable and in the future she should go elsewhere to pay thousands of dollars more to less trustworthy dealers. My experience has been nothing but top notch service and I never have been left on hold for more then a few minutes, or unsatisfied with their repairs. Pros: Service department honest, speedy, shows quality without return problems Cons: Will not wash car unless you make a special request. more

They keep transferring you between phones as you have to order all of the parts before you can schedule an appointment. God help you if you get put on hold! You have to start all over more

Do not honor quotes 2/2/2007

We asked for a quote on a Highlander by email. When they replied, we called to see when we could come in to test drive the car. They then told us that the quote they gave us was inaccurate, and the car would be $5000 more! They would not honor the original quote emailed to us. They were nasty to us on the phone when we called. I would not recommend going to this dealership. Their quotes are not worth anything. Pros: Friendly salespeople Cons: Do not honor quotes more
