Autoglass Express replaced a windshield for me. I was referred to them through my insurance agency. They worked directly with my insurance, so that was convenient. The gentleman who came had twenty-five years of experience under his belt, which really showed in the work he provided. He arrived on time, knew what he was doing, didn't waste any time, and got right to work. He was very personable and professional. He cleaned up after the job was complete. I can't say enough about him. If I needed a glass replacement again, I would call him back in a heart beat. more

I've used Autoglass Express before, that's why I called them back. They came to my wife's job to replace a glass for her car, so it was very convenient. I was satisfied with the turnout, and they have good quality glass. more

Autoglass Express is a good, local company that provides exceptional service. They came in on the dot and did the job with no problems and no messing around. They replaced a windshield for me quickly and efficiently. They were also cheaper than the other places that I called. You can tell that they've been in the business for a long time. I've used their service with only complete satisfaction. more

Painless. 9/30/2015

I had a cracked windshield that I needed to take care of. I setup an appointment with Autoglass Express, and they ordered the parts for me. Once the shipment came, they came to my house to do the replacement. The technician was great. The whole process was quick, easy, and painless. One phone call took care of everything. more

On time, knew what they were doing, and would use again 9/14/2015

Allen from Autoglass Express showed up on time, knew what he was doing, and got it done quick. Being on time is a big deal to me, and I believe he even showed up early. He replaced the windshield in my truck and did a good job. The prices are good. My insurance dealt with them directly and I just paid my deductible. I would use them again. more

These guys were awesome! \r \r I ordered a windshield repair through my insurance. However, their prices were less than my deductible. My appointment was made for the very next day. They come to you.\r \r The gentleman doing my service called before he arrived so I was expecting him. He arrived well within the 2 hour alloted time frame quoted to me when I made the appointment. \r \r It turned out, through my own ignorance, I had given them the wrong information. He didn't have the correct windshield. He made a call and hunted one down and went to retrieve it. He returned later the same day and fit me in between other scheduled appointments. \r \r He had my window replaced in between 20 to 30 minutes. He was courteous, answered my questions, and wasn't short with me over my mistake. \r \r I have another car that will be needing a windshield replaced soon. I will be using these guys again. more

I know it's hard to believe, but I think I've had 12 windshields replaced by AutoGlass Express (with 3 kids cars and my commute to Roseville) over the last ~20 years, and for the 2 times that there was a problem (one was a small leak and the other was a defective piece of glass) AutoGlass Express INSTANTLY took care of the problems with NO hassle. Their technicians are VERY PROFESSIONAL and the office staff takes care of things in a prompt and efficient manner. There's no question where I'll go when I need another windshield, and encourage you to shop there too! more

I called Autoglass Express in to replace our windshield and they were very quick. The information for the insurance company was perfect. I appreciated that because the insurance company was questioning why we needed our window replaced and I said there was construction in our neighborhood and there had been several dings on my windows. Without talking to him, that's exactly what he said - there were too many dings to count. The staff was very helpful and friendly and he cleaned up after himself. I would definitely use them again. more

This was my first time using Autoglass Express. I was on the freeway and something flew out of a work truck and shattered the windshield on my car. Autoglass Express made it work. They were courteous, polite, professional, on time, and just kind. The man was so so so awesome. I can not recommend anybody but him. It was handed super conveniently, and I had no issues. Great experience, would recommend. 6/1/2015

I had a great experience with Autoglass Express. What I appreciated the most was how they helped coordinate everything with my insurance company. They got them on the line and helped us with questions and making everything happen. I didn't have to go back and forth, which was really nice. We then established a time, they showed up when they were supposed to, and it all worked out. I'd highly recommend Autoglass Express. more

Know what they are doing! 5/19/2015

I had used Autooglass Express once before and wasn't too happy then. However, they have switched people since then and I can see the difference. The people who are there now know what they are doing. They are nice, on time, and do great work! I would recommend them to my friends and I already have! They did all of the work while I was gone, and when I got back the job was done, the glass was clean, and I was very happy with the work they did. more
