I ordered a windshield repair through my insurance. However, their prices were less than my deductible. My appointment was made for the very next day. They come to you.\r

The gentleman doing my service called before he arrived so I was expecting him. He arrived well within the 2 hour alloted time frame quoted to me when I made the appointment. \r

It turned out, through my own ignorance, I had given them the wrong information. He didn't have the correct windshield. He made a call and hunted one down and went to retrieve it. He returned later the same day and fit me in between other scheduled appointments. \r

He had my window replaced in between 20 to 30 minutes. He was courteous, answered my questions, and wasn't short with me over my mistake. \r

I have another car that will be needing a windshield replaced soon. I will be using these guys again.
