I bought a transmission from Auto iWeb and it showed up very quickly. I've had it in for a while and it runs perfect. I also had to do a return and they covered the fee for the core and the price for the shipping. It got lost some place and they contacted me to make sure I had shipped it and that everything was kosher. They looked for it over the weekend and contacted me Monday to let me know everything had been taken care of and there were no problems. They were really good about it and I was thrilled with their service. more

Fantastic 3/14/2014

I was shopping around for a new engine and called up Auto iWeb. After speaking with Rick, he gave me a good deal and I liked how thorough he was about describing the product. He answered all of my questions and the product itself seemed better than everything else I saw from other companies. I decided to buy my engine from Auto iWeb and I've been really happy with it ever since. It's been performing very well so far and I'm glad to have went with them. They were a pleasure to work with. more

Got My New Transmission In 1 Day! 1/13/2014

What a great company! I needed a transmisison and Auto iWeb sent me a NEW transmission cheaper and faster than everyone else wanted for a rebuilt and used. I use my truck for business and my transmission went out on a Sunday night. I called Auto iWeb on Monday morning and I had my new transmission on Tuesday and was back using my truck for business on wednesday. Thanks guys you are the best and saved me a fortune. more

I will give them a 5 out of 5 across the board! Auto iWeb provides automobile transmissions to individuals. They provide all over the country. They provided me phone correspondence and emails. They were able to respond to all of my questions. There was no salesperson persuasiveness they were just matter-of-fact. Everything they said turned out to be true. Their service, product, and pricing were excellent. I would absolutely use them again. Every person who is looking to purchase a product is looking for a quality product. It can be difficult because there are so many companies out there saying that they are the best, which is not true. Auto iWeb was straight-forward, honest, and followed through on everything they said. more

My New Engine Arrive Early 9/16/2013

Love these guys! Not only did I get my new engine but I got it 2 weeks sooner than they had told me! It came perfect wrapped and in a sealed container. Installation was a piece of cake and my truck is running better than it did when it was new! When my transmission goes I will be calling them for that too. more

Love my new engine 7/23/2013

Thank you to Rick at Autoiweb for taking the time to get me the correct engine for my truck. I dont know a lot about engines and Rick took his time and walked me through identifying exactly which engine I had. Auto iweb actually toook the time to help me instead of just shooting me a price and haning up the phone. My ginein was a special build and was finished 2 weeks earlier than promised and delivered to my mechanic. Engine went in with no problem and my mechanic love the ease of working with them. I hope I never need another engine but if I do I will call Autoiweb again. Finally a company that is doing something right. Bravo. more

Great new engine, Fast delivery, Delivered what they promised. 6/20/2013

What a great experience with Auto iWeb Engines. I was searching for the best place to buy a new engine for my Ford Truck 3 valve engine. My sales person Rick was informative, honest, and they delivered what they promised. They were the only company who took their time with me and helped me understand the whole process. They actually seemed to care and they followed through with what they promised. They actually delivered my engine 5 days earlier than they had promised! I will recommend them highly. 2004 Ford F-150 FX4 5.4L 4/7/2013

Auto I Web Told me what they would do and they did it. Quick shipping and very prompt pickup. Engine was purchased in August 2012 and has 4300+ mules on it now and runs great. My mechanic said it is the most complete engine that he has ever worked with. At this point, I highly recommend Auto I Web as an up front company. more

What stood out about Auto iWeb was their kindness. They actually care about getting the best product for you. The ladies in the core department are absolutely wonderful. I couldn't say enough about them. The gentleman that sold me the motor was named Rick, and he did everything he could do for me. He was very polite. I had an awesome experience. more

Why screw around with junkyard motors? 3/6/2013

After getting 2 junkyard motors that didn't last I will always use AutoiWeb from now on. Ordering was easy, they responded quickly to the quote request, shipping was fast, and returning the core was simple using the website. more

Great price, honest, upfront, quick and knowledgeable 1/13/2013

Ordered an engine from Autoiweb and the service, price and speed I received was great. They explained to me all the updates on their new engine and answered all my questions of which I had many. They made the whole process of buying a new engine much less painful than I had imagined it would be. Unlike everyone else I called, Autoiweb gave me honest answers to every question I had. Hopefully I wont have to buy another engine anytime soon but if I do I will only call Autoiweb. more

Auto iWeb was professional from top to bottom. They have great communication. My experience with them versus other providers is that there's generally a lack of communication, whereas Auto iWeb has been fantastic about following up and keeping in touch with me. more

Auto iweb was INCREDIBLY FAST! 12/28/2012

My truck broke down on December 20th on my way home from work. In the morning I called around and found Auto iweb and they were extremely informative, polite, and took their time explaining everything to me. I had already done my research and found out they have an A+ rating with the BBB. They explained to me that because of Christmas being on Tuesday that they couldn't promise my engine by the following week but they would do their best. Well their best was incredible because I order my engine on Friday December 21st and my mechanic called me on Wednesday December 26th and told me my engine arrived! I am now driving my truck with a brand new engine in it and it runs better than when I first bought the truck. These guys are incredible and I can see why they have such a high rating across the board because they did the impossible for me and I couldn't be happier. What a great way to end and start my new year! more

I was so happy with Auto iWeb's engine I bought a transmission. 8/18/2012

Auto iWeb is the only company I will buy from. Four months ago my engine went on my car and I called Auto iWeb and they ship out a brand new engine. I got it fast and it and it was exactly the way they explained. Move forward 4 months and now my transmission went. I called Auto iWeb for a transmission and I actually received it faster than my engine. I have no idea how they deliver so fast but I am not complaining. The new transmission went in perfectly and again I am extremely happy. If you want a company that actually delivers what they say they will, then Auto iWeb is the one to go with. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. I have referred them to 2 of my friends and they have had the same experience. I will continue to refer them to my fiends and family. more

Overall, a wonderful experience. 5/18/2012

I did a lot of research before all and Auto iWeb, Inc was the best option for getting a rebuilt engine. I gave them a call and I got my rebuilt engine and I'm very happy with it all. Their customer service was just excellent. When I would call they would get back to me within the hour. We did run in to some problems and they ended up taking care of the entire thing, which ended up being something that the mechanic had done. They were very responsive. The delivery was speedy too. more

My husband and I were just on the internet looking for places that could work on our vehicle and that's how we found Auto iWeb, Inc. We put in our vehicle information and they called us back. They helped us out a bunch with the price on the motor. Other places were pretty much not affordable. Everything went great. I would tell any potential customers to go with them.
