Appreciate the attention to details 9/18/2010

We had an older vehicle in for an oil change. Auto Works staff took the time to not just list but also explain several items of concern that they detected, answer my questions, and help me determine what things needed to be done ASAP, what should be done at the next oil change, and how to monitor the things that showed wear but weren't urgent yet. more

I have always had excellent service. I needed to reschedule my appointment and was told that it might take longer to complete the oil change. However, it took only 40 minutes. Andrew showed me the air filter and explained that it would need to be replaced at the next service. more
