Auto Tech Automotive Repair

We discovered Auto Tech just over 3-years ago and now take both of our Volvos to them. They're incredibly thorough and equally trustworthy... two things hard to find at most any other repair center. Thanks for taking such good care of us, Tom & crew!! more

I hate my cars! But Auto Tech has been great and seen my family through four cars. Of course, cars are going to break down or have issues, and Auto Tech has always been very helpful and has kept my family safe by keeping our cars in good condition. I have a car there right now that's getting major work done. They are very good about keeping me posted throughout the job and fully updated with things that need to be done, things that can wait until the next check, or things that are purely cosmetic and can be left alone. They never do anything before checking with me first. They are always great to work with. I've recommended them to several people when it comes up. more

We take both of our Volvos to Auto Tech because of their expertise with Volvos. They are extremely friendly, and willing to work with you if you need them to. They just always provide great customer service. more

I originally went to Auto Tech at my son's recommendation. Since then I've been back few times. Each visit is a little different. My first trip there required extensive repairs, and I've also seen them to replace a single part. Regardless of the size of the job, they always give me an assessment of the problem and let me me know what the charges will be up front. I feel that the Auto Tech staff is very knowledgeable. They will make notes the whole time I'm describing my issue to them, and then my car always comes back fixed. And they always have the work completed by the estimated time. They even have a big white board hung up that shows the schedule for the day to help keep them organized. Auto Tech takes personal interest and care. more

Auto Tech did a lot of things for me. I originally went in for a problem I thought I had, which I thought was a serious problem, but it turned out that I hadn't wrecked the motor like I thought. That was good new. They took care of a lot of other things that had been neglected. I had an oil leak, and they put in a new seal, but it was a bad seal and continued to leak. I had to go back, but they handled that really well too. They took care of it, and the follow up was great. Of course, everything hurt my wallet, but that is to be expected. Having a Volvo, it is hard to find someone to go to other than the dealer. Because of Auto Tech I no longer have to go to the dealer. As far as the cost, the savings aren't much when compared to the dealer, but I am really happy with the work. Everything is running great now. Though we invested quite a bit with Auto Tech, we will get a lot more life out of our car this way. We are happy to have found Auto Tech. more

I've gone to Auto Tech for many years. I even travel a ways to get there. I don't mind going the distance because they always provide great service. I think they are fair, reasonable and trustworthy. I highly recommend Auto Tech, they're terrific. more

We started going to Tom before he had Auto Tech, whem he was just one guy and a garage. The best way I can put it is that I think they are honest, straight forward, and they do a good job. If something is not quite right they will fix it. We have using Tom at Auto Tech for over 20 years, and we keep going back because we are happy. I recommend him all the time. more

I have probably been using Auto Tech for 8 or 9 years. I keep going back because of their quality and honesty. They are always upfront about what I need and what I don't need. Their repairs are great. If there is ever any problems their warranty is great. They will take care of it. They have repaired things for me free charge that came up out of nowhere. They are really personable and try to be proactive about problems in order to fix things before they happen. more

Called to get an estimate to fix my sons truck and John never got back to me when he said he would. I called him at the end of the same day and he told me he passed my request to another service writer and still no response to my request and this is after noon the next day. Really bad customer service. Pros: I didn't have the chance to rate the mechanics because I couldn't get an estimate Cons: A company like this should do what they say they will. more
