Friendly and great customer service. Love that you are open late and very convenient. Was here for 30minutes and my car was fixed to new! And affordable for out of pocket expenses.

customer service is horrendous (rather than tell me that the wait would be long so that I could go back to work they strung me along for over 3 hours) and when they damaged my car they refused to make repairs. more

Worst in town...beware 8/11/2006

Don't believe in the price they quoted and don't be fooled by the whole page ad in the yellow page. Wrong window is a very typical mistake and the windows they put onto your car are the worst you can have. Wait til the rain season and you will be sorry to shop here. They will try their best to blame the customers. Cons: Tons more

This establishment should be ashamed of themselves. A terrible overall experience! Not one good thing I could say. They should call themselves GLASS AMATEURS! The people scheduling forget to actually put you ON the schedule when they say they did, they put on the WRONG window and then have the audacity to act like it isn't a big deal. Idiots. Beware. Pros: none Cons: bad service more

Great Experience! 12/14/2004

After my day started terribly with having my car broken into and the window smashed, I brought my car to Glass Pro to have it repaired. I spoke with William on the phone after talking to my insurance company and he was able to take my car in immediately. Once I got there he helped me deal with the insurance company and even called different window tinting services in the area to see if someone could come out at the same time so I wouldn't have to deal with it later. Once I came back to pick up my car, he re-examined the windows and asked his technician to come by because he thought the stripping looked off (but it was fine). All in all, a really great experience - don't think I could have asked for more! Pros: Professional, Fast, Courteous more

Poor & Incompetent service 10/27/2004

I only chose this place because I don't know the city well, had to schedule an appointment around work, and they would come to my apartment. Well, the 'technician' they sent to my apartment didn't know what he was doing. He couldn't get my power windows to work correctly, so he told me I'd have to go to the main garage as he had to go to his next appointment. Can you believe that bull? So I go to the garage and all the technician there did was loosen a couple of bolts. I can't believe the charge for that lousy service! Cons: , expensive, incompetent more
