I have used Auto Body Masters twice. I have had the misfortune since living in Los Angeles to be hit by other people three times. Two of those times I used Auto Body Masters, and both times were extremely favorable. They were very professional and recognized that there is an emotional tie with your vehicle. They were very patient with everything. I worked with Nick in the service department, and he was timely, articulate, personable, and extremely professional. In their general service group I was helped by Jaime, and he made sure everything was out of my car. When I forgot something, he got it and put it aside for me for the next day. The car was totaled, so I am not going to have it repaired, but if I have the misfortune of an accident again, I will make sure to use Auto Body Masters because it worked very well for me to use them. more

I wish my insurance company was as good as Auto Body Masters. My car was involved in an accident. I hit something on the freeway that fell off a truck. I was able to take it into Auto Body Masters that same day. They hooked me up with a rental car before the insurance took anything into consideration. Auto Body Masters consistently tried to contact my insurance with no response. I had to call several times, even telling them I was going to change insurances, before we finally got a representative. As soon as Auto Body Masters got the insurance money they quickly took care of my car. They were very efficient. My car looks beautiful, like it is brand new. I had used them before as well, and it was the same thing in terms of taking care of everything for me efficiently. I would suggest anyone with a claim or accident to use Auto Body Masters. They are very efficient. more

I have been going to Auto Body Masters for many years; I would venture to say 20 years. I have had a lot of custom work and a lot of repairs on wife's car, my kids cars, and my own car, which I cherish a great deal. The quality of work is a ten. This place is nice and they know what they're doing! They get the job done, keep you in the loop and have fair prices. I had to leave my car on their lot because it was totaled in an accident. Although I did keep it there longer than I was supposed to, they didn't charge me and were very flexible with me while I arranged to have it picked up by the towing company. more
