Honest and highly professional people. We were kept well informed of options, procedures, and status. The owner negotiated a better parts deal (after we had signed the estimate) and the difference was given to us, saving us a substantial amount of money. more

Wonderful collision repair! 2/7/2011

This was by far the best experience I have had with a mechanic and I never met them face to face. They picked up a car to check for me and emailed all the info I needed. That plus a very informative phone call prompted me to not buy the car. Service was first rate and the karma was excellent. more

I have taken my both my automobiles to Austin's Body Shop and have been pleased with the service. On one occasion, I had taken my car to another business and still had the same problem. Austin's Body Shop did excellent trouble shooting and excellent repair. more
