I was looking for a blackberry and it seem that the customer rep was not at all interested in giving out product information. The manager did not seem to know what she was talking...

Worst customer service 3/22/2008

I was looking for a blackberry and it seem that the customer rep was not at all interested in giving out product information. The manager did not seem to know what she was talking about and she was more interested in text messaging on her phone. I wont suggest anybody to go to that kiosk. Cons: a lot more
