Jim Miller was very helpful when he came out to address problems I had with shower/bath drainage and pipe squealing. He solved the squealing problems very quickly and it makes no sound now. He followed up on drainage backup and found there was no problem with house pipes. He was also very patient and courteous with me while I watched and badgered him with questions the whole time. more

The work was expertly done but the cost is too rich for my blood. They charge by the job as opposed to the hour. The technician replaced the PVC pipe under the kitchen sink including the trap. The cost; $535.00 It took him just over an hour, you do the math. Next time I will shop around for the best price. Good work, same day service but very expensive. more

I want to thank Atomic Plumbing for their fast response.I had a major break in my hot water line located in my town-home's slab foundation.Both James M and Paul did an incredible job of repairing the leak and pipes and putting my place back together.James covered all of my furniture with plastic to keep dust off due to needed jack hammer work.James and Paul worked relentlessly until the job was complete.Everything was left clean when they left. James also did repairs to my master baths faucets valve stems.James masterfully took apart the area, replaced and repaired the parts and salvaged the dry wall and tile, which looks great.Everything was left clean when he left. I must mention the help from the office especially Beverly S and Deanna D.Beverly's help with scheduling and explanation of insurance possibilities for my claim was exceptional.I left a message with their answering service at 5AM.Beverly called me at 6AM and by 7AM she had me scheduled for first call for my emergency.I have used Atomic in the past, present, and will in the future when needed.Thanks to James M, Paul, Beverly S and Deanna D and anyone I have forgotten to mention for great work and service.This is what American business is all about. If you ever have a plumbing problem, Atomic Plumbing is the business to call. They had great customer service and the technicians are great. Atomic charges a flat rate and not by the hour, which I liked! The technician did well in making sure you knew what the issue was, explained each detail well so you knew which route was best for you when needing to get the problem fixed. more

My husband and I purchased our first house, 6 mos. latter while taking a shower I hear the toilet making bubbling noises.. My husband tried to clear what ever was blocking it himself but we could not seem to find the block. My husband called Atomic and Sean several hours and several holes in the yard later, we found the problem! He was able to fix it for us, and now everything works great!!! more

I forgot to mention in my previous review how neat and clean Sean left my house. When they were working, both Sean and Justin wore "slippers" over their shoes while in my house. Whenever they went outside, they removed the slippers and then put them back on when they came back in. Sean put a mat down on my kitchen floor where he was working so that he protected the floor. After they were finished, Sean swept the kitchen floor, and Justin swept the back porch. When they left, my kitchen was as neat as when they got there. Very impressive!!! I highly recommend Atomic Plumbing. We had a leaking pipe in our kitchen sink that needed fixed. I called Atomic Plumbing on Friday morning and spoke to Deanna who was most friendly and was part of the reason I decided to use Atomic Plumbing. Sean and Justin were at my house that day to give me an estimate and were back at my house on Monday morning to do the repair. Both gentlemen were very pleasant and professional. I work from home, so I was home the entire time they were fixing the sink. They worked extremely well together as a team and both seemed to enjoy their work. Sean did an excellent job repairing the sink. He took pictures of the damage under the house and showed it to me. He then took pictures of the repair and showed them to me, as well. As he was working, he would tell me the progress of the repair. He worked very efficiently and didn't waste time, yet didn't hurry through the job. I appreciate that both Sean and Justin were well-spoken, polite, and professional the entire time they were here. When the need arises again, I will definitely call Atomic Plumbing and ask for Sean. Our washing machine drain was backing into the rest of the pipes, resulting in water spilling out of the dishwasher. Called Atomic due to high ratings and reviews on another List site. Scheduling was quick and easy, and the technicians were prompt, upfront on costs, and very professional. Very satisfied; we will use Atomic again for plumbing needs. Jimmy P did 2 jobs for me this past week; he was on time, very professional and knowledgeable and very neat. He explained all of the work done and showed me the defective parts. He came up with an outstanding idea on how to extend my outdoor hose faucet and I was so impressed I had the work done the next week by him as well.
