I booked ATLS for a recent flight because they have someone you can call, and talk to, unlike the other company I was using that says “leave your # and we will get back to you.” Since my return flight arrived at LAX at 11PM, and by the time I got through customs it would be almost midnight, I thought having someone I could call was a necessity. \r On the departure, Damon was the driver, and was already waiting for me when I got out of my building 10 minutes early. As it happened, on the return pick up at midnight, I did have to call, as the driver (Alan) was at the airport, but not in front of the exit. Someone answered immediately, and within a couple of minutes, he was there. \r Both Damon and Alan were courteous and very pleasant and professional, the car was immaculate, with a bottle of water waiting for me, which I really needed. I won’t hesitate to use ATLS again. \r more

The worst car service I've ever encountered. They lied to me, said they were 5 minutes from the terminal. The driver showed up 30 minutes later. Not once did he or the dispatcher apologize . This car ride is $100 and I have to listen to his gps bc he doesn't know how to get to Beverly Hills... more

We decided to goto the Hollywood Bowl for a concert we searched and searched and finally we booked the car and WOW!! Bernard was our Driver and was very professional and pleasant. The car was spotless and comfortable. On time both gong and coming! We will use no other service out there. Hope to see Bernard again for our trip more
