First...Good Luck Trying to find parking...anywhere close....If you ever do and get inside you'll find out they are understaffed, rude and that they share their side entrance with...

ATLASTA IS A GREAT LOCK SMITH COMPANY! 7/16/2009

They have been around for more that 40 years and they know pretty much everything about locks and safes I founf out. I came into the shop with an old mortise lockset and they fixed it for me right that and there and even came out to my house and installed it the right way. I would rather bring my busniess to a local busniess than corparate run place. Pros: Helpful, great customer service, knows their locks and safes Cons: nothing! more

Atlasta is a horrible business. Give your business to another company. The technician was unprofessional in his demeanor, appearance and behavior. He smelled up my whole apartment like cigarettes. He was hostile, and scary, I did not feel safe with him in my house. They overcharged me, showed up late, and took breaks on my dollar, and took almost twice as long as I was quoted. He then left a huge mess in the entryway. I called the manager who was also hostile and unhelpful. Atlasta Locks is awful, terrible, expensive, unreliable, and unprofessional. Cons: Scary, mean, unprofessional technician who was wrinkled, dirty and smelled like cigarettes. Late technician. Messy. Unprofessional. more

quick and friendly service 9/11/2008

I've never called on a locksmith, but I would highly reccommend this company! I called to schedule someone to come out and put a lock on door in our office and the serviceman called literally 15 minutes later saying he was outside the building. Friendly people and quick service! Pros: quick, professional, and friendly Cons: none more

Rude, unprofessional and unavailable during business hours. 5/2/2007

Receptionist was rude, No locksmiths available on a wed at 4pm seemed understafffed, didn't seem to care about my problem nor want to solve it even to refer another company. Bad experience all around. Pros: Answered the phone at 2 rings Cons: Rude receptionist who could have cared less about my lockout more
