I have some older windows in my home that need to be rescreened and the window counter balances had gone bad. I gave them a call and they told me what information I need so that I could remove the defective springs and bring them over so they could sell me exactly what I needed. Sure enough one trip and I had everything I needed and the screen only took a couple of minutes for him to do. more
