Astro No 234

Pulled in to get my gas can filled and the attendant ignored me and went to wait on another customer. So I started to put my debt card into the pump and the attendant came over and said "you can't do that in Oregon". I travel all over Oregon and never have I encountered someone so rude. Again customer service is a lost art at Winston Astro Gas,avoid them at all cost. I refuse to rate them. more

I HATE this gas station! Once a couple of years ago I was in a huge hurry to get my son to a doctor's appointment and stopped here for gas. There was one employee working and he was talking to what I assumed was a friend of his. Well, he completely ignored me! After a couple of minutes and nothing from him, I honked my horn and he actually turned and glared at me before going back to talking to the other guy. I took off out of there and went to Exxon instead and was late for the appointment. My husband tried going back there a few months ago and I made him leave... I refuse to spend my money at a business that has employees like that! If it were possible to give less than 1 star, I would. Yes, I'm still bitter over this. :) more
