Its a great atmosphere and the staff are nice and welcoming. They even had tv's in the patient rooms. They took my heartrate as well and i never did that at a dentist office before. I havent had my cleaning yet so i cant rate that. more

I called and stated I had a tooth ache with headaches for the past week, they had an opening that afternoon. Service was great, check out was quick, I asked if there was a co-pay and was told no. I hope this was true and I do not receive a bill in a few weeks that causes me to return just to have to pay it when I was already willing to do so that day. Overall great experience more

I went to Aspen Dental , Medford, Ma., to have a broken tooth fixed. I had an exam and x-rays and then had a consultation. I was seen by Dr. O and a hygienist, Jade. Both were extremely professional and explained the results of exam. I also wanted a zoom procedure done, so I made an appt to have that completed before I went forward with, cleaning, fillings, and crown. I consulted with John, who provided me with info on Care Credit , as I requested. The process went very well, and I have returned to complete the work necessary and was seen by 2 female Dentists who were awesome!!!! (I apologize for not recalling their names) Jade did the Zoom Whitening perfectly. I had that procedure done elsewhere, in the past, and it was a very negative experience! Jade did an outstanding job,,,,with a bit of assistance from the dentist. Great result. staff are ignorant 6/10/2009

I've been asking for an estimate of my cost and statement of the dental work was done on me, but for more than three months get no answer. They put me on hold for 20 minutes and then hanged up on me. When I recalled the office, I was directed to a message machine. If the person sitting in their chair do not know any thing about their job, why should they still have a job and getting paid for? Pros: Doctor and clinical staff were good to patient Cons: office staff are rude and ignorant more

Better make 2 appointments - Not recommended 7/18/2008

I selected this dentist out of my insurance directory and had a bad experience. \r \r As if a visit to the dentist isn't bad enough - \r \r I waited (and waited) in the chair for over an hour waiting for a 2 minute exam with the actual dentist. The rooms are really one big room with dividers so I got the pleasure of listening to someone in the cubby next door being drilled....\r \r After being in the office for over an hour I was informed that 2 different visit were required - one for cleaning and the other for an exam. So... after 1.5 hours I left without even having clean teeth?!!!?!\r \r The staff was very courteous about the entire situation but this just isn't acceptable.\r more
