Quality auto service 3/4/2015

Matthew at the Littleton Aspen Auto store provided me with courteous service and didn't try to sell me anything that I don't need. That was the difference. I walked out assured that my car was in good shape without trying to be sold anything I didn't ask for. Quality auto repair service. more

Appointments w/o the wait 2/13/2015

Need To Listen and Write Things Down 1/31/2015

Went in to get new front bearings. The work was done perfectly, but I had let air out of my tires to verify the sound was not worn tires. I told the lady at checkin that the tires were low, I then asked when I picked up my car and guy said yes we put air in the tires. NOT TRUE. I'll have to do that myself, but after $1000 I thought they could afford to put air in the tires. I think if they would have written down what I said when I dropped off the car, it would have been done. more

Brent does what it takes to keep his customers 1/18/2015

Our first visit to Aspen back in October '14 had a few issues, but Brent did take care of them and assured us he would take care of us better next time. We came back this week for tires and an oil change. Brent got us a very competitive deal on some Fuzion tires, and comped the oil change as a gesture of good will from the October visit. How many larger larger auto repair facilities would do that? Not many in my experience. We will be back! Thank you more
