sweet and deceptive? 4/28/2015

Very sweet people. Charged me 60 dollars to evaluate my car. Came back with over 1000 dollars worth of repairs needed. Went to another garage and asked for an evaluation. They did so (for FREE) and came back with only one of the numerous recommended repairs by Aspen. When I showed them Aspen's recommendations, 2nd garage looked over my car again and stood by their evaluation (just one repair needed) Their price to correct issue was also less than Aspens. more

Quick and Friendly 4/3/2015

The service was quick, around 45 minutes for an alignment. Along side that the staff are friendly and remember your car which says something about a company. They care enough to know / remember your car. Will definitely be using them as my main go to people for car service. more

I discovers Aspen Auto after being disappointed with work and price elsewhere. Aspen auto gives fair and honest quotes and is low pressure. The work they have done on my car has been excellent and exactly what was expected. The facility is clean and comfortable, and everyone is friendly from front desk to the work area! more

I recently had the oil changed in my vehicle and the service was great! The waiting room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The service was done in a very efficient and timely manner. It is refreshing to deal with a very honest and efficient auto service shop! Thanks for a great experience! more

Customer oriented 3/16/2015

I was particularly hard to deal with on the price. I challenged the cost at time of pickup and said that was not what was quoted. They accepted everything I said and apologized. I went home and read the quote I been given and realized I had totally misread it. I went back the next day and paid them the $262 difference. AAC is gracious group. more
