The ONLY asian place we eat from since we found it appx 10 years ago. Even packed it in ice and sent it to my husband while he was working in MD for an extended time. He said nothing out there compared, either. The staff is wonderful - warm and friendly, and remember us and even my husband's preferences and ask about our chronically ill son every time we're in there. What all eateries should aspire to be! more

Fantastic food, great service, great prices 5/2/2012

We found this at the recommendation of a coworker in the early 90's. It has been our go-to for a quick fix for Asian (Chinese & Thai) foods. Their staff is super friendly, know us by voice on the phone, and even question when we change up our ""usual"" orders. Have never had anything we haven't or wouldn't order a second time, and am pretty obsessed with their wor sue gai, fried dumplings, and their General Tso's (which will definitely light you up if you order 'hot'). I could mention the whole menu. As mentioned in other reviews, their looks are deceiving, and they have some phenomenal food that comes out of a small, primarily carry-out set up. Definitely worth the time to check out. more

Asian Express is one of the best carry out's for sure..Too bad they use the yellow gravy for EGG FOO YOUNG wich is why I gave them 4 stars. 12/8/2008

Great Thai food 3/7/2007

Suggested by a Thai friend we tried this place out. The place may look like much, but the food is great and the prices aren't bad. Try the Thai disshes. Pros: Thai food, inexpensive Cons: not comfortable for dine-in more

Big surprise in little shop 7/24/2005

This is the only restaurant for which I drive out of my way. I can't eat the sweet and sour sauce anywhere else but here. The young ladies at the register remember our faces and know what we like. The food is ready in about 12 minutes, and is the only ""fast"" food I thoroughly enjoy. We usually take it to go, but it's a nice quiet place to eat if you choose to stay. more

Fast service, very friendly employees who remember you and your preferences, great tasting food, amazing value, generous portions for lunch and dinner, and an expansive menu featuring both Chinese and Thai specialties. Give Asian Express your business if you're in the Hilliard/Mill Run area...you will not be disappointed. Look can be deceiving... 7/8/2004

On 1st impression, this small restaurant may just look like any other average Chinese restaurants that offer average quality food, but I was wrong. Not only the food is of high quality the portion is generous as well, all for a very reasonable price. They offer lunch portion all day and I especially like their Pad thai, Tom Yam Fried Rice and Spicy Chicken Wing (I think that's what it's called). Oh, it is fast too. Surprising quality for ""fast food"" 6/23/2004

Among fast food Chinese restaurants, this is my favorite and the only one I would ever go out of my way to eat at. Its located in the Mill Run Shopping center on the side away from the theatre. The cuisine is actually Chinese & Thai. Lunch portions are offered all day, are fairly generous, and range between $3.25 to $4.50. It is run in the style of fast food where you order at the counter and take your order to your table on a tray. If you are in the area and need a bite to eat, give it a try. Phad Tai time !! 5/25/2002

The Phad Tai is so delicious. I cannot help to come over and over again to have it. Their General Tso's chicken is also the best in my opinion. The owner is polite and the service is very very quick ! Pros: Inexpensive, Great food, Quick service more
