Debra and her team catered my daughter's wedding with calm, grace, and spectacularly delicious food. The wedding was held at her father's home, and the way they set up in this unfamiliar environment for maximum efficiency, and cleaned up at the end so that you could hardly see that they had been there, was thoroughly impressive. The stars of the hors d'oeuvres (for me) were the prosciutto-wrapped figs; the chicken marsala was wonderful, as were the farfalle with fagiolini and the eggplant parmegiano--but it was all great!
