Extremely Helpful 8/24/2010

Angelo T was extremely helpfu; and made the whole buying expereience a pleasure. I would readily go back to him when I buy my next Lexus. He met all my expectations nd delivered as comitted. The purchase was a Mothers Day gift and delivery to my house as a surprise was execiuted as planned. Angelo was patient with me and prompt in answering questions whether it was via phone or email. Please relay this back to Angelo for making this experience a memorable one. more

Worth the drive 8/17/2010

Arrowhead Lexus is a little far out there but was worth the drive. They had a good selection of Lexus cars to choose from. The sales staff was knowledgeable and willing to answer questions. more

Jim Gillentine from internet sales was an absolute pleasure to work with. I've owned many cars in the last 10 years and different experiences in purchases of all of them but none of them have been as easy and straight forward as this deal. I attribute that to Jim no pressure sales experience. He was also very knowledgeable about the vehicle and was able to answer to out questions right away. He is a true class act. We would definitely reccomend Arrowhead Lexus to any of our friends and familt in the market looking for a great dealership. Great car and great overall experience at Arrowhead Lexus. more
