Excellent Dentists and Hygienists! I used to be afraid of going to the dentist. I used to go to another dentist where my mouth was sore for days after visiting the dentist. I moved to Arrowhead, and I enjoy my visits. The people are friendly and professional. They do what they need to do to keep my teeth clean but make sure I am comfortable the whole time. When I leave the office, no soreness and my mouth feels fresh and clean! I HIGHLY recommend these folks! more

Have been a patient at Arrowhead for 12 years and can easily say that in my 70+ years of visits to dentists this one far exceeds any previous experiences. 2 key things - the staff are all extremely friendly and courteous, and the overall patient experience - from the waiting room to overhead TV sets and birdfeeders is superb. I am kept informed as to all procedures during each visit and have never had any issues. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a new dentist more

What an experience =) I was impressed from the start. We are new to the area and when we asked for recommendations for dentists due to emergency. This office was highly recommended by South County ER and all online references. When I called I was greeted by kind and courteous staff who sensed the urgency and did everything they could to get us in as soon as possible!! We cannot thank you enough for that. \r \r Where so start with the first visit - ample parking which was unexpected and often times underrated but is very much appreciated by us, the office was clean & spacious, the front desk staff were prepared for us, we received a very nice tour to help us get familiar with the facility, additionally we felt like we would get any and all the care that we needed at this one facility considering the array of staff and specialties, Dr. Benoit and her assistant did not keep us waiting at all - she was thorough, patient, understanding, and did a very good job at making what was foreign to us - all make sense. We left understanding what happened, what can happen next, and educated on preventative care.\r \r I have been ""Dentist Shy"" for YEARS and I will tell you that I am not any longer. I am not a patient, but a repair technician for Doctor Bruce Gouin. I spend my days roaming Southern New England, stopping in dental offices to repair dental equipment. As you can imagine, I see it all being behind the scenes and having full access to each and every office I visit. I can't stress enough on what an unbelievable, special practice Arrowhead is. In fact, I would go out on a limb and say its the best, hands down. As patients, you will never realize what I truely mean when I say this, but every single part of your visit from pulling into the parking lot paradise to a very courteous check out and everything in between, you are in absolutely the best place you could possibly be! Money is definately no object when it comes to patient safety, health, comfort, and knowledgeable treatment. Well, I could go on forever, but I hope you get the idea. If you are a patient, congratulations, if not, what are you waiting for. more

Having moved 45min away from the practice, I had decided to try a different dentist for the convenience - a decision I would soon regret. During my 6month of pregnancy I broke a tooth and decided I would wait until after I had the baby to get it fixed. A week after giving birth to my beautiful baby girl, my face swelled up. I had a HUGE absess in my mouth. I went to my new dentist - after 2 1/2 hrs of being here, an hour in the waiting room (even though I had an appt) and the rest of the time taking xrays and waiting for him, he told me to continue taking my penicillian and pain meds (which I got at the ER the day prior) and he would see me in 4 days to reassess. I was in so much pain, very uncomfortable, and my face was HUGE. I went home, thought about how I could not go another day feeling the way I did and decided to call Arrowhead. It was 4:20pm and they closed at 5pm. I was told to come right in,even though with rush hour it would take me an hour to get there, putting me there after close, - Dr. Grouin said was going to wait for me. After arriving, I was there less than 30min. He drained my absess, gave me a better antibiotic, and send me on my way. The staff at Arrowhead is so warm, welcoming, compassionate, and positive. They are truly about the patient. Dr. Grouin has been so helpful on numerous occassions. I will now drive th 45min to see him for both myself and my daughter. Going to the dentist is never the most fun, but atleast here they make you feel comfortable and make the experience and situation ""less painful""....both mentally and physically! more

I have been going to the Arrowhead Dental Associate for some years now and Dr Stefano has always been the dentist to care for my teeth. Her warm smile is always there to greet me. She is very confident and always explains to me what she is about to do and how she is going to go about it. She then very professionally goes about her business and walla my teeth problems are resolved. Her dental assistant - Kristen - is always willing to address any questions or concerns I may have about my dental treatment that is about to take place. more

My family and I have used ADA for several years now, and they are ALWAYS, without question available to help us. On a beautiful summer sunday afternoon, we needed to have a tooth replaced-they were there! Brenda and the rest of the staff are as thorough and helpful as one could possible ask for- they are simply the best. Equiped with the latest equipment and technology, your teeth get pampered. The most difficult thing about your visit will be deciding what show to watch while your teeth get cleaned! more

i had michelle as my hygienist and she has a wonderful personality and enforces taking care of your teeth greatly. i would recommend everyone to go here and have her as your hygienist for the day :) more

This was my first time visiting Arrowhead Dental. I waited only 5 minutes or so in the waiting room. They greeted me immediately, took me on a quick tour of the office, and showed me to my treatment room. It was nice to have a big screen tv to view while having my work done rather than a ceiling. The Hygienist was very quick, answered all questions, and was very clean and professional. The doc created an immediate dental plan for my teeth and after a thorough cleaning, I was on my way. Before leaving, I sat down with a receptionist and she explained my costs. She even told me what my costs would be for my next visit. Awesome!! I was in and out in exactly 60 minutes. I felt good about my dental work and the plan the doctor had created for my care. You can tell this group loves what they do and it is nice to see an office that has their act together. more
