I had two watches I puchased online and they were way too big. I got them both custom fitted while I waited. I'll be back with two others that need batteries..he does that too.

The man was beyond rude and arrogant. When we arrived there was no greeting. I told him I had coins to sell. He took the coins without a word and priced them. His prices were beyond low ball. When I pointed out that the two most valuable coins in my collection were almost equal to his offer he said, ""Ok."" Turned and walked off. No negotiations. No explaination. more

The owner of this establishment is a douchebag beyond comprehension. No hello. I let him know I wanted to sell currency, he came to a different counter without a word and put out his hands, didn't talk throughout the entire process, gave me a price that was only $100 over all of the legal tender combined. When I asked him what he priced them individually to see what his reasoning was, his response was ""It's a bulk deal, take it or leave it"" I kindly told him he's a joke and to better his life because Karma will always work its way around. more

RUDE! BE WARNED! 4/17/2012

I read the reviews before going to the shop. Lots of negatives but I thought I would go and give the store a chance. Very close to home. The man did not say hello , I told him I have many coins to sell, part of an estate. I placed the bags iof coins on the counter. He tossed bags around and then pulled out silver dollars.(please know he still had not spoken!) He look and told me a price. I said are you interested in the other coins and he flatly told me he was pricing a FEW coins to find out if I was going to be a WAST OF TIME! more

Expert coin guy...knows everything about paper money as well 3/2/2012

Sorted out my coins for purchase and paid me more for the rarer pieces. No other pace in toen does this, believe me. Nice, patient, and knowlegable, even taught me about the more interesting ones. I feel I got the best deal. more

Worst Place EVER. 2/15/2012

Without question the rudest, unfriendliest, most unhelpful establishment I have ever been in. The owner/employee (bald, glasses) was dismissive and completely indifferent. Yes, a bad place for repair work, but even worse, a terrible example of a human being. Trust me on this. more

Rude 8/27/2011

I visited this business and was dismayed by the bad attitude and lack of respect the owner had for me. I chalked it up for a bad day. About a month later I called him on the phone to inquire on a piece that is rather expensive (I had every intention to purchase). He was rude and short on the phone. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me! So I went and spent my money at Allens in Westerville! Every chance I have, I will tell everyone I know about this ingrateful rude @$$! more

No service for me 6/22/2011

I went to Arlington Coin and, after waiting about 10 minutes to be served, asked to look at Indian Head coins that he had in stock. He gave me a box of junk to look through. In the meantime, a friend came in,and he pulled out a nice collection of Indian head cents to show his friend. I felt discounted and insulted, and I will not be back. Attitude is a problem. more

The highest prices in town 3/23/2011

Paid the highest prices for my silver dollars and even paid me more for the rare one,a CC. Told me how to sort out the remaining coin I had back at the house. I'll be in on Friday !!! more

Horrible Old Man on the phone 2/4/2011

I called this morning and said ""I have some old coins that I found at my mom's house"". He said ""I don't deal in World coins"" and slammed the phone down. The thing is, I have old siver dollars and dimes that he claims to be looking for on his website. I am going to the guy in Grandview. I hope that we make a whole lot of money on these 100 or so 19th and early 20th certury coins. more

I have dealt here for years. i have been to the store i would say over 100 times and the owner is very fair on selling and buying. i would say best prices given for coins in ohio,, since i do not buy much i only like to sell. Pros: i have dealt with this store and the owner Cons: i have yet to have any bad things to say. very nice:) more

I have been buying coins on and off for a few years. Had some good and bad experiences elsewhere around town. When I walk through a coin shop, I can usually expect mediocre service unless I am dropping some serious cash. I did not get mediocre service at all here. Very knowledgeable, helped give advice on a purchase, gave me the pros and cons about a coin. Actually he told me to wait on a purchase because he was expecting a coin in that was way better for around the same price. Don't know many folks that do that much at all now a days. Will definitely go back. Pros: Very Professional and Knowledgeable more

Quick service on my watch 5/9/2009

In and out in 10 min, they even have 10 min parking spots right in front. I will get my band replaced next time I get the battery replaced. Pros: Good selection of watch bands more

I have never been treated so poorly at a business establishment. It was almost as if he took great pleasure in not being able to fix one of my watches. He took one look at it.. said ""can't work on the inside"" (all I needed was a battery), dropped the watch on the counter and walked away. What an @$$hole! I called him about a problem with my watch, and he was very terse and short with me. I called him back to ask a further question, and he gave me a one word response and hung up. I remember him from the days when he had his business on 5th avenue. He was rude then, and he's rude now. Avoid him! Cons: Rude more

Worst coin store I have seen!!!! 10/7/2008

I have been a coin collector for more than 8 years. I have shopped many, many coin stores in those 8 plus years, and I have never been treated worse than this merchant. His lack of knowledge regarding coins was unbelievable. He also was extremely rude, and coupled with his lack of inventory make this store one that I will NEVER go to again! more
