AZ Paint Company has provided an overall experience that eventually met my expectations. One word of caution, be present during the final review of the job as follow-up required additional layers of management to resolve issues. Had the site manager followed up and provided corrections immediately the overall rating would be a 4-star on overall rating. I rarely give 5-star ratings. more

The only paint company to give me a quote printed in the vehicle, that outlines in specific details what I would receive and the services that would be performed. They had the best price, even beating friends of friends who just gave a verbal price with no documentation. They showed up on time, were personable and easy to talk to, did an excellent job according to what was written, and even fixed a couple of things for me that they didn't need to! The day they were supposed to start the foreman for the job was sick. They started a day late but completed on time. Final payment wasn't expected until the job was complete with total satisfaction more

Mike and Noe painted the inside of our home, they did a great job, the new colors look so nice. The total job took about 3 days which was longer than I thought but I would rather them not rush to finish the job. I will have them back when I'm ready to paint my outside. more

HAD CEILINGS DONE IN MOST ROOMS. I THOUGHT THEY WOULD BE ROLLED. OVER SPRAY WAS VERY EVIDENT. HAD TO SPEND SEVERAL HOURS CLEANING A WHITE FILM ON FLOORS, MASTER BATHROOM, AND KITCHEN. THE REST OF PAINT JOB WAS OK WITH A FEW TOUCH UPS. RESPONSE FROM Arizona Painting Company: Thank you for your comments. Typically, we spray ceilings as this allows for a more consistent finish versus rolling ceilings where there is a chance of lap-marking or lines showing up. We apologize for the film on the floors and we will go over this item at our weekly painter meeting, this should have been cleaned up by our crew. If you still have these areas please call us and we will return to promptly clean it. more

Joe and Armando from Arizona Painting Company did some amazing exterior painting on our house. This is the third time we have had it painted and the result was by far the best. For example, cracks and dings in the stucco were repaired and then refinished with careful artistic attention to appearance. Areas that a paint hacker (like me) would not have worried about received some extra filling and rolling. The exterior stucco now looks fabulous. After repairing and refinishing a pair of 28 year old rustic wood garage doors, the doors and surrounding trim now look clean and crisp - probably better than they did when they were installed. The work was also very neat, with no spills and over-sprays on flagstones that have to be cleaned up. Joe and Armando are very experienced and take pride in the quality of their work and the appearance of the final result. For example, we have some iron gates that we decided not to repaint since the finish was still OK, but after the stucco painting was completed, the gates looked shabby by comparison. Joe volunteered to spray them and it was immediately clear that this was the right thing to do. The gates look great. This was a very good experience. When we eventually refinish the interior of the house, we'll use Arizona Painting Company. more

I certainly would have rated my scores higher if the clean up would have been better. I understand it was windy when the painting took place, but plan for it. Some of my plants and landscaping have overspray on them. My back patio has overspray in white on brown bricks. The light on my garage was inadvertantly knocked off and left dangling for me to reinstall. The crew powerwashed my house which was needed but it literally took me hours to pick up all the small paint chips that were blown all over my yard, causing me to use my yard blower and pick them up by hand. I had a strand of rope lights on my back patio which was painted white and of course would not work any longer. So be it, i called the Supervisor to tell his crew just to through it away and paint where the holes would be. The crew just jerked the ropes lights down, sending staples to the ground and left the many holders in the woodwork. Sloppy throughout my yard. RESPONSE FROM Arizona Painting Company: We have scheduled a time for our crew to return to the home and cleanup the areas of concern, we are also going to provide the customer with a gift card to purchase new rope lights if he chooses to do so. more

They really did do a great job. It took severL days to get them to come back for touch ups. When they did they were all done perfectly. more
