The staff and lenders at Area Home Lending are some of the best you can ever find. The lenders are very well educated on the loan programs they can offer thru there many investors and they always go above and beyond on the customer service side. I am not only a client personally, but I have referred many clients to them and they are always grateful for their expertise and great service. \r \r more

I can't say enough about how professional and talented Jason and his team are. I have heard many nightmare stories about loans, especially VA and RD types, but my experience was a breeze. My loan was ready and clear in 3 weeks time and has truly made the buying process enjoyable. I highly recommend Area Home Lending to anyone in the market to buy or refinance a home! more

This company took 8 weeks to close a loan for a well qualified buyer of my home. They were very unprofessional and have no customer service skills. They were very rude about the fact that they dropped the ball. We caught them in many lies thru email and phone calls. Almost lost the sale as a result and up until the very closing they were unable to carry out their responsibilities. It was a nightmare! more
