I love Arby's but this place as well as others need to welcome you first, before just standing there and watching you. I actually had to ask the mime behind the counter, can I order now or do YOU need a few more minutes. I don't care what line of business you are in or what your job is. Make each customer, guest, or your payee, feel welcome first and then wait for them to finishing ordering before asking to eat here or take-out. I often avoid answering the question until after I order. I am not trying to be mean, but can't everyone smile, welcome you then proceed with the order.
