My teammate went to this dentist when we were working in Austin for 2 weeks and had to visit a dentist. Since we were here, she had to visit a local dentist. I went with here and eye witnessed everything. Not only was the customer service at the front very poor, but the service provided was even worse. Dr. Borgman gave her 2 Bonds and that same day one came off. She went back and he repaired it but after less than one week, both bonds had come off again! She called and was given the run around and so she went up to their offices to prove that they had come off and the dentist refused to see her and they also refused to give her a refund. They would not repair the poor job and they would not refund her $246 investment. The woman at the front, Fern, was rude to both my teammate and I when I was just their to accompany her.
If you want to get what you are paying for, PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. They basically stole her money and treated her poorly in the process. Save yourself multiple trips!
