Stay away from the Appliance Store 5/27/2011

We recently bought 3 kitchen appliances from this store only to find out they didn't install them. In addition to having to call a plumber to hook up the water supply and balance each of them, they delivered them muddy (from the rain) and left the boxes behind. Never again. I may have saved $50-75 but it definitely was not worth the trouble. Buyer beware, this is definitely not a store for 75 yr. old. widow.\r I would never recommend them to anyone. more

Great prices on brand name 7/14/2008

I've purchased a stainless steel freezer on the bottom fridge and a dryer from The Appliance Store. Nobody in Rochester could come close on price. Everything has worked great for a few years now. I will be buying a new washer from them in a couple of days and will not look anywhere else. more

Great prices... 10/13/2005

Very competitive prices on all major appliances. I have bought appliances ranging from stovetops to washer and dryers for my home and rental property. It's a local company so, they are always willing to work with you. more
