Unlike the previous review, I will be using them again. My neighbor recommended and they came right out to fix a backed up toilet. They were a little high but the service was worth it. The guy they sent out was very thorough, explained everything and answered all my questions. I guess the other review worked there or just made it up but there was no mention of getting sent home to me. I also like the red slippers they put on their shoes to keep my floors clean. Over all, very happy with their people and service.
