After eight years of constant fighting with my wife, I was seriously considering filing for divorce. A friend suggested me to try marriage counseling. We`ve been in couples counseling for a year now and Patricia Appleton - MSW, LCSW, DCSW is an excellent listener with great advice. I never appreciated my wife as much as I do now! more

It is not easy to go to see a therapist for `sex issues`, yet Patricia Appleton - MSW, LCSW, DCSW always made my husband and I feel comfortable. She has a way of explain things that is validating, and also takes the mystery out of any sexual situation. She worked hard to be respectful and we benefited from her expertise. more

Since I was so little at the time of my parents divorce I don`t have any recollection of it. My older siblings had a difficult time with it and as I grew up a lot of that rubbed off on me. I was confused and didn`t knew why. I dealt with jealousy and envy of other two parent families. Although my grandparents were a big part of my life until they passed away my father didn`t become a regular part of my life until I was a teenager. more
