I have been a customer of this business for 15 years, through three owners. The current owner's work is average; however her customer service is terrible. I contacted her regarding a problem with some unfinished work I paid for prior to completion as she required, two weeks later than promised, and a dispute about her returning some of my money for the lack of promptness. Her response was a personal attack on me in a letter. Some of the specifics: "You really need to start respecting and appreciating people some more. GROW UP!" She made promises to finish the work within 5 days and call me when completed, which she didn't do and then her letters in response to my complaint have been rude and unprofessional. In addition, I had to have some of the work redone. I will not return to this business I have been a loyal customer of for the past 15 years due to this. Other companies can provide better quality of work and service. Don't use this business.
Pros: Prices for work are inexpensive.
Cons: Slow turnaround, terrible customer service.
