I have had a relationship with APM Realty Group for over 10 years as well as many other property management companies in South Carolina. I would recommend them hands down. The ladies in the office are very professional and hard working. I would recommend listing my property with them, maintaining my property and I have also used them to help find a rental. Very, Very Professional !! more

Not the best experience 6/13/2011

Managed two properties for me. Made close to $2,000 in unauthorized repairs. Withheld rental income from a separate property for 3 months to pay for that.... 7 weeks after the property was vacated, it still was not ready for the next tenants. Definitely using another property manager. more
