Torture mexican-style 8/26/2002

Sloppy wet beans, steamtable trays full of inconsistent meats with beans, tomatoes etc dripped all over them, this is the worst mexican food I have ever had. Save yourself the trouble and take the time to go to Tacos el Charro in JP to see what this hack mex joint is missing- you will never set foot in Anna's again. Heaven help you if you order something besides a burrito, you may grow old waiting for it or go insane explaining to the assembly line what you want. It is cheap, but so is a hot dog at a 7-11... Although, if you are a novice to this restaurant, you may feel like your are at the soup Nazi, it is by far the BEST and cheapest mexican food that I have ever had. Haveing lived in a few large cities in my life, I have tried a ton of mexican restaurants and Anna's is definetly one I will always recommend. I can eat just as much, if not more, here for about the same as going to a Taco Bell. The difference is that the food is actually good. If you are looking for fancy food do not go here but if you are looking for cheap, incredibly tasty eats look no futher. There is always a line but the service is quick and food is totally worth the wait! more

SOOOOOOO good. I crave Anna's at least weekly and can actually afford the cravings! Better to take out than eat in - atmosphere is way too cafeteria like at most locations - and be prepared to wait in very long lines at popular lunch and dinner times. Way to Go! 6/28/2002

My wife and I tried this place a few months back! Needless to say, we have been back several times since. The food is delicious (try the BIG Burrito with all the fixin's and the Cheese Quesadilla with fress Pico!). There is usually a long line because the food is worth it! The service is fast and furious, so be ready to order. The staff is not rude just quick, wanting to serve everyone quickly without having to make you wait very long! Go to Taco Bell instead! 6/24/2002

Tasteless burrito loaded with rice and beans. A drop of sour cream or glucamole are considered extras and they charge 35-55 cents for it! No hot sauce (or any sause) to be found anywhere. Don't understand what all people like about this place - it's pathetic. more

Good burrito's but the service Bites. When a customer orders a burrito with black beans and you tell them they made a mistake, the answer to give is Oh, sorry, I'm fix the order...Not, But I already made it with Pinto beans. more
