Awful Vet 1/29/2011

So upset with the treatment of the staff here. We were thrown into this vet when our vet merged. There are a couple staff members who are great but the professionalism of the majority of the staff is absurd. They don?t listen to your concerns and they talk down to you. Make sure if they tell you to come back for a recheck at no charge you get that in writing because they will charge you. They are money hungry and put their financial requests before the thoughts of the patient?s well being. more

Excellent care and service 8/21/2007

Crystal M. review is very understated. We've used this animal clinic for ten years and received the very highest quality of care for our pet. We do not find them expensive. When our sheltie was critically ill Dr. Nick and his team saved her life. He took her immediately, they were very professional and very loving.. She was under his care for 14 days. To say that they are expensive is very unfair. They have first class medical equipment available to treat animals that are critically ill. I can not praise this clinic enough. more

Expensive 6/21/2005

The service was slow. The prices are very expensive, but it is an emergency room. They did do a good job taking care of my dog. Do not take your pet there unless it is an emergency. more
