This woman should not be in practice. I brought my dog in with severe muscle spasms on the head and neck. My dog's jaws were continously snapping down. Ms. Anderson was very nasty and rude to me. I had to leave the dog there for 3 hours and when I went back, Ms. Anderson would not even talk to me. The nurse told me the spasms and teeth clamping was due to a vertibrae in her neck and I needed to take her to a chiropractor, which I did. The chiropractor, Dr. McCoy, was very sweet and kind. However, she did not think it was a chiropractic problem and told me to take her back to the vet. I would never go back to Ms. Anderson, so I chose another vet. I stopped to get the xrays Ms. Anderson took (I paid $90, $45 for the xray, and $45 for her to read it!) They refused to give them to me (told me it was against the law, which I later found out not to be true). The new vet I took my dog to was wonderful (Dr. McCrumb). She even called an animal neurologist while I was there. My dog had Tetnus (lockjaw). It was too late and we had to put her down the next day. If Ms. Anderson had been half as thorough as Dr. McCrumb, we may have beeen able to save her. Now I am left with a very big vet bill from Ms. Anderson, a dead dog and memories of a very rude, nasty and incompetent vet.
