Horrible place. Had to put my dog down because he has attacked & bit three kids. They told me twice they could do this. After tears from my kids I left with him. On the way there they said they were booked. I was told an hour before that they re walk in but busy. I was told I could wait and would be seen. I told them of this conversation, gave them the persons name I talked to. I was told I misunderstood the conversation. The girl then said I probably didn't have ""my papers"". She insisted I had to have papers proving my dog was a threat or they would not put him down. None of this was mentioned before. I told her to just say they didn't know what they were doing instead of making up lies to get out of seeing me. I had to return home with my dog to my kids and explain why they have to go through the whole process again. I have found a good vet who has promised me they can help me on the next business day. Do not go to this vet. Inconsiderate, rude and no compassion. more

Folks, this new hospital in the Edmonds area is very nice, neat and clean with amazingly low promotional prices of vaccines, spay and neuter. My room mate discovered this place accidently and had very pleasant experience over there. She got her cat treated for skin issues over there, at a significantly low price as compared to her last veterinarian. According to her, the staff was very nice and at no point they pushed for any un-necessary daignostic tests. more
