Awesome Adventures!!! 1/12/2012

Went to Andretti's this weekend. It was fabulous. The karts are super fast. The track is challenging. I would advise the establishment to enforce the required video of what the flags mean and wearing of the protective jumpsuits again (I burned my arm =( ), but it was all so much fun!!!\r \r We ate in the Grill; the food and service was really good. We did the fried pickles and philly cheesesteak this time. Other occassions and dishes have been equally delicious.\r \r The bar is fully stocked and I found the bartendar to be knowledgable and courteous. more

Waste of money 1/1/2012

I used to go to this place a lot for the go karts and now it absolutely SUCKS, i spent tons of money here over years recently under new management the customer service is horrid the managers are high school drop out morons that obviously do not know how to run a proper operation, i had told a track guy that one kart had a flat spot in the tire (not good unless you want to die) and told me it would be ok and said all the carts are bad....so what do i pay 20 bucks for? Crappy carts for 8 minutes? This place is a joke, its just taking up space on highway 9. more

Safety in not a concern... 11/7/2011

I understand that kart racing is considered a sport and there are more experienced racers than other. With that being said, I strongly feel that in an environment such as Andrettis (where it is open to the general public) the safety rules and guidelines should be strictly enforced to everyone. A group of 8 adults went to Andretti this evening for a fun night but it turned out to be a stressed and worried night. For a couple of the drivers it was their first time however, they were very aware and obedient of the rules as for the rest of us. There were also two other drivers who were experience on the track with us who rode as if they were the exceptions to following the rules. None of the rules applied to them and this was possible because the Andretti workers allowed them to do so (maybe because they were regulars and/or friends of the workers). Either way, it made the track unsafe for the other riders. For instance, the riders spun out multiple riders, crashed into others and themselves in walls and continued to make aggressive contact with other riders yet, continued to ride without any discipline. The riders actually rode continuously (without leaving getting out of the kart) for five plus sessions after I witnessed the first accident. I strongly feel that their actions along with the Andretti workers made it a safe environment for everyone. So if you go, go with a group of 10 so that you do not have to ride with other riders. Just beware for your own safety because if there more

Go Carting is Unsafe for Children - 11 YO Daughter Injured 9/15/2011

Our 11-year-old daughter was seriously injured at this Andretti facility on September 5, 2011. It was the first time we had ever taken our two children, ages 9 and 11, go-carting and they were on the kids' track at about 3:15 p.m. Our daughter's go-cart was crashed into at full speed by another go-cart driver's car and the force was so hard that both carts stopped. Though our daughter was wearing a helmet and the seat belt, the force at which she was hit resulted in a fractured left shoulder and multiple bruises on her right hip. I realize that kids can get hurt doing many activities, however, we will never visit this, or any, go-carting facility again. I had no idea that this activity could be so dangerous to children, especially children who were driving carefully as our daughter was. We let the manager on duty that day know of her injury and he gave her an ice pack, a free Coke, and a game card to come back to use on another visit. (No thanks!) He also offered to call the paramedics, however, we drove her to Children's instead for treatment. Ten days later, she is still in a lot of pain and has had to drop off of her tennis and cross country teams for the season. The orthopedist told us that if her shoulder doesn't heal that we are facing surgery. I regret ever taking her to Andretti. more

Fun way to avoid the heat 8/31/2011

Whether you are under water because of the hurricane season or if u still feel the power of summer even though we are about to enter autumn, the heat tires anyone. Kids would rather play inside than outside sweating and burning. I was trying to find a cool indoors place to spend a nice time with family and friends. One of my new neighbors recommended Andretti Indoor Karting and Games. When I googled it, I learned that this ""is the country more

Fun games, not so good food 11/28/2010

I took my son to this place yesterday. I had a few issues where the machines did not work and had to constantly advise the employees. My son had the beef nacho meal. The ground beef was not that good. It did not taste like real ground beef! I ordered the strawberry salad. The dressing that was made for that was horrible. I asked for a balsamic vinigarette dressing. It was dark, thick, and tasted like crap. It was taken off my bill. Take my advice, don't eat here! The prices aren't worth it anyway. more

Great Fun! 1/1/2007

I thought this was a great place to go and have fun! The people there were nice and yes it was expensive, but it was worth it! I really enjoyed racing the go-carts and the games were cool too. I can't wait to go back. It was great! more

All frosting and no cake 3/28/2005

There's something to be said for charging more for an experience, but the only experience we had at Andretti Speed Lab was rude customer service and over-priced entertainment. Andretti's charges for EVERYTHING. Want to play the arcade games? You have to buy a play card. Would you like to race the go-carts? You have to purchase a ""license"". Would you like to suit up and race around the track with your kids or relatives? Forget it. If they're under 16...you can't share the same track. Overall, I wasn't impressed. The marketing of the concept is flashy and brilliant, but when it comes down to the customer satisfaction...this experience was all frosting and no cake. Cons: customer service, prices more
